Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-4p

- 3-6 months

Call Schedule: 5-6 days per month

- Nights: 5p-7a

- Weekend: 7a-7a

Call Volume: 80% Callback; 20% Consults

Call Ratio: 1:6

Patient Volume: 20-25

Avg No. of Surgeries per month: 20-30

Rounding included: Yes

Support Staff: 2 RNs MA Surgery Scheduler 2 Front Office Staffs

Procedures:

- General Urology (clinic & routine care)

- Bread & Butter Urology

- Robotic available

Other Info:

- Hospitalist will do the admission

- Will be the sole provider

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BC/BE

BLS

DEA

Clean Record (highly preferred)

Healthcare
