Job Description
Hospital located several hundred miles west of Anchorage seeking a Lab Manager. Great pay and benefits listed below.
Starting Pay: $115508/annually
- Sign-on on bonus retention and relocation eligible
- 3yrs agreement $15k sign on bonus retention; 7% 1st and 2nd year 9.1% 3rd year
- 2yrs agreement $10k sign on retention; 6% 1st and 2nd year
- Relocation; 20k family $15k individual
Lab Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time hospital setting.
- Lab Manager is responsible for management of all laboratory resources from staff to equipment to supplies.
- Provides staff orientation training and ensures all staff competencies.
- Require exceptional leadership and laboratory skills along with knowledge of regulatory agency standards.
- Lab Manager with at least 3 years of experience
- Manages all employees in the Clinical Laboratory.
Lab Manager Qualifications:
- Must be certified by ASCP or AMT
- Lab Manager must have a bachelors degree in the related field
- Laboratory generalist
