Job Description

Were seeking passionate individuals to help create unforgettable experiences for travelers all from the comfort of your home. No prior travel industry experience is required we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact delivering high-touch concierge-level service to travelers from planning to departure.
Handle inquiries via phone email and online submissions in a professional and timely manner.
Research and book customized travel experiences including domestic and international flights hotels cruises tours car rentals and more.
Collaborate with leading travel partners such as Expedia Delta Princess Cruises Universal Studios Avis and others.
Learn to navigate various travel booking platforms and tools.
Calculate trip pricing including adjustments and add-ons.
Process payments and provide e-tickets to clients securely.
Qualifications:
No prior travel experience required full training is provided.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
