Job Description

Setup and Location: Hybrid 2-3 days Onsite - Ortigas
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time

The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant role is to provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients ensuring that the Client is always represented with professionalism and integrity.

You will be responsible for achieving recruitment targets supporting junior team members and contributing to the operational success of the business unit.

This role requires someone who can work proactively build strong relationships and operate with a high level of efficiency and commercial focus.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for qualified and compliant doctors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop sourcing strategies: headhunting referrals direct outreach and networking
  • Register and qualify new candidates in alignment with client and market needs
  • Maintain regular contact with existing candidates and ensure future placements are booked
  • Assess candidate fit and availability for live roles including compliance and placement duration
  • Coordinate and confirm assignments with candidates and clients
  • Communicate assignment details and follow up on compliance documents prior to start dates
  • Liaise with the Compliance Consultant to ensure candidates are compliant before placement
  • Escalate compliance or placement concerns to the Director where needed
  • Conduct business development: promote services market candidates and secure new bookings
  • Maintain accurate records in Eclipse (recruitment management system)
  • Meet and exceed agreed revenue targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Adhere to 1Medical s business processes policies and recruitment best practices


Requirements

  • Customer service focused: professional across all channels (written phone face-to-face)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences
  • Attention to detail especially in candidate data and compliance documentation
  • Commercially aware: able to apply recruitment knowledge practically and efficiently
  • Collaborative: team player who supports peers and contributes to team targets
  • Organised: excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in healthcare or medical recruitment highly regarded
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems (e.g. Eclipse)
  • Knowledge of the Australian medical system is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance travel and operations teams
