- Regular monthly billing and reporting cycles

Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple group entities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices and oversee billing operations
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Assist with regular financial reporting cycles using QuickBooks
Multi-Country & Multi-Entity Coordination
- Support financial operations across companies in different jurisdictions
- Handle multi-currency transactions and currency conversions
- Stay informed on tax laws and financial compliance requirements in each region
Audit & Compliance
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and standard procedures
Requirements
- Certification in QuickBooks or significant hands-on experience using QuickBooks
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting practices
- Familiarity with accounts payable receivable and financial reconciliation
- Experience working with international businesses or multi-entity environments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial records
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Minimum availability of 40 hours per week
