Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across multiple international regions
Communicate with freight carriers and forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
Oversee customs documentation and clearance for international shipments
Maintain and analyze logistical data using Excel and reporting tools
Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Experience in international or multi-country logistics coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations (preferred not required)
Experience in the medical or wellness sector (a plus)
Familiarity with customs clearance and documentation processes
