This is a remote position.

Schedule: 35 hours per week - Monday-Friday. 10am-5pm. EST

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a growing insurance brokerage. You ll be responsible for managing client relationships and books of business across multiple agents ensuring seamless client retention and service delivery. Beyond traditional administrative duties you ll also play a key role in business development through strategic social media recruiting efforts. This diverse role combines client management data organization and talent acquisition making it perfect for someone who thrives in a varied high-impact environment where no two days are the same.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize books of business for insurance agents using advanced Excel and Google Sheets systems
  • Handle client retention activities including policy renewals and keeping clients current on their accounts
  • Manage client payment processes follow-ups and communications to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct strategic recruiting outreach via Instagram and Facebook to identify potential new agents
  • Engage with and follow potential recruits on social media platforms to build talent pipeline
  • Create and maintain sophisticated organizational systems and databases
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations while contributing to business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and prospect interactions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in insurance financial services or client management preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
