This is not a passive support position the role demands full ownership of warm lead generation pipelines AI-enabled outreach optimization and continuous conversion performance. You will operate at the intersection of tech-enabled recruitment and mission-driven human engagement using tools like Clay and CRM dashboards to eliminate inefficiencies not manage them.
Success in this role means mastering campaign sequencing enriching contact lists with AI and owning KPI-tracked sourcing cycles that produce measurable results daily. This isn t about cold calling it s about precision-engineered outreach to licensed specialists with high-conversion messaging.
