This is a remote position.

Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Full-Time 40 hours per week 8 hours per day
Starting offer: Php 40000 per month (negotiable)
Working hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned to Pacific Time)
Remote Candidates based in the Philippines or Nicaragua preferred

We are hiring a Recruitment Support Specialist to drive qualified candidate outreach for high-impact roles in the education sector. This is not a passive support position the role demands full ownership of warm lead generation pipelines AI-enabled outreach optimization and continuous conversion performance. You will operate at the intersection of tech-enabled recruitment and mission-driven human engagement using tools like Clay and CRM dashboards to eliminate inefficiencies not manage them.

Success in this role means mastering campaign sequencing enriching contact lists with AI and owning KPI-tracked sourcing cycles that produce measurable results daily. This isn t about cold calling it s about precision-engineered outreach to licensed specialists with high-conversion messaging.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Driven)

  • Own multi-channel sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed niche job boards and CRMs using advanced filtering.
  • Audit and optimize lists weekly to maintain 90% accuracy and eliminate duplicate or outdated contacts.
  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns via email SMS and social tools with AI-enhanced message personalization.
  • Run A/B tests and conversion analytics to increase opt-in rates and refine targeting.
  • Leverage tools like Clay and to automate and streamline recurring outreach and engagement tasks.
  • Coordinate weekly with sourcing and marketing to align strategy and maintain funnel velocity.
  • Report on sourcing and conversion metrics via live dashboards.

  1. Launch a live sourcing dashboard within 21 days to track lead flow and outreach metrics.
  2. Run A/B message tests and boost opt-in rate by 25% using AI tools by Week 6.
  3. Maintain a 90% lead list accuracy rate using weekly audits and enrichment workflows.
  4. Deliver at least 5 qualified candidate handoffs weekly.
  5. Automate 1 outreach workflow by Day 90 using Clay or Zapier.
  6. Report 2 process or tool improvement ideas monthly to enhance pipeline efficiency.
