Job Summary:
Our client is a fast-growing tech retail company that offers gadgets and accessories through online and in-store channels with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
This role ensures all customer orders are processed packaged and delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor app orders and prepare items for delivery
- Ensure timely dispatch with logistics partners (GIGL DHL etc.)
- Handle returns replacements and tracking updates
- Collaborate with inventory and customer service for smooth hand-offs
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor s degree
- Previous experience in logistics or order processing is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be tech-savvy and proactive
