- Provide training and support to end-users on software functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving software issues.
- Knowledge of SQL for database querying.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident management.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals required.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
