We are seeking a Product Manager to lead key initiatives within the Implementation Services Digitization team. This role involves developing toolsets for internal and external clients driving enhancements to support client configuration & implementation process & tooling improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong product management experience an analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in how products are developed and delivered. S/he will possess a unique combination of product expertise problem solving ability flexibility with rapid changes intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management of new and improved tooling to support new client implementation automation initiatives
- Gain familiarity with digital payment technologies and the payments ecosystem
- Evaluate existing processes and tools and recommend improvements and new solutions to enhance the product lifecycle and client experience
- Work with partners to conduct user research determine scope and document detailed business requirements for new product features and enhancements
- Ideate and deliver the user interface design and user experience of UI-based tools in consultation with business and design
- Collaborate with cross-functional business product technology client services and other teams to design build and deliver effective solutions that address user needs
- Support ongoing product management of existing capabilities managing enhancement requests product roadmap and strategy user acceptance testing communications and training strategy
- Create and execute internal and external communications and training strategy to simplify onboarding and drive engagement
- Successfully apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous problems including large multi-dependency initiatives. Use data to prove or disprove hypotheses and inform solutions set.
- Define KPIs and success metrics track and analyze progress against goals
- Monitor product adoption identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive product uptake and effectiveness
- Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership on an ongoing basis

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and build effective solutions that address client needs
- Strong product management experience including excellent requirement writing skills and cross-functional collaboration with business & tech stakeholders
- Product design (UI/UX) experience using Figma
- Ability to quickly learn about technical systems and to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
- Detail oriented and highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across multiple functional groups
- Knowledge of payment systems (e.g. card networks ACH) and banking
- Ability to influence negotiate and drive results ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks to the project are called out early
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams effectively
- Embrace change and ambiguity in an ecosystem that is rapidly evolving
- Excellent communication skills including oral written and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Agentic AI a plus

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124700.00 to 180650.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
