We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. As a front-line team member you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized checkout experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide prompt courteous service
Accurately process cash credit and debit transactions
Issue receipts refunds and exchanges as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
Assist with price checks product information and resolving customer inquiries
Ensure accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift
Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and safety
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
