Messa Sync is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our growing operations in Tampa FL. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory management timely order fulfillment and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Receive unload and store incoming shipments accurately.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of inventory software and systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
