Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting MATLAB compatibility issues with laptop Security/antivirus software: installation activation configuration and license management issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues including those involving cloud platforms (like AWS and Azure GitHub).
- Interfacing with networking and system administration teams.
- Configuring networking settings (such as IP addresses and DNS entries).
- Working with Microsoft Office PLM Systems.
- Complying with policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period and periodic retraining in areas.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading writing and speaking English language.
- Analytical and logical thinking ability to understand customer requirements review relevant information and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
- Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
- Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgement.
