Overview
As a Regional Business Leader for our House of Rohl brands you will play a key role in growing market share growth across all target markets and product categories. This role is about building relationships guiding a high-performing team and fostering collaboration to achieve success.
You will develop and execute regional sales strategies by working closely and managing your team of sales managers and influencing independent sales reps to maximize opportunities. By leveraging data-driven insights market expertise and teamwork you will identify growth potential refine sales plans and exceed annual targets.
In this role you will cultivate a culture of trust accountability and continuous growth ensuring your team is supported with training resources and the latest technology. You will also monitor market trends customer needs and competitive shifts providing valuable insights to senior leadership.

Position location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule based out of either San Antonio or Dallas TX.
Travel Requirements: This role requires 4-5 overnight trips per month with additional travel as needed for key meetings and events.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105000 USD - $165000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
