Job Description
Responsible for developing the conceptual process design sizing and costing of Wet Anaerobic Digestion Plants during the proposal phase of EPC projects:
Prepare heat & mass balances PFD as well as performance and functional guarantees in close collaboration with Chief Engineers
Coordinate interfaces with the various disciplines (electrical and control layout steel structure civil construction procurement logistics etc.)
Review contract specifications identify project risks and opportunities participate to technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and partners
Calculate the budget for the engineering and procurement scope of supply support the preparation of requests for quotations for critical equipment and analyse offers received from suppliers
Compile the offer documentation deviations bill of quantities electrical consumption list etc.
Qualifications :
Degree in Chemical Mechanical or Process engineering (Bachelor/Master)
5 years experience in comparable function in the energy environmental technology renewable energies or in similar industry
Solid project execution or tendering background with knowledge in process engineering and good understanding of technical cost drivers
Autonomous proactive curious flexible and team-oriented personality
Fluent in English other language(s) welcomed
