The Brooklyn Client Services team within the Leased Housing Department is seeking a Community Coordinator. Under general direction with latitude for independent initiative the Community Coordinator will assist with various unit projects and initiatives. This position plays a key role in offering administrative support across several areas particularly in procedure development workflow optimization case management and report creation. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Track projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
-Develop training programs and materials for employee development
-Monitor and assess the implementation of new strategies.
-Propose and assist in executing workflow optimization to enhance productivity.
-Assist in creating SOPs to ensure operational consistency.
-Analyze operational trends recommend improvements and report findings Collect maintenance data and performance metrics from the Data Warehouse.
-Query Siebel for case-related information.
-Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding cases.
-Maintain accurate records and update stakeholders on case progress.
-Generate production tracking reports.
-Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for applications and rentals.
-Handle inquiries related to Brooklyn Client Services Units.
-Track system issues and monitor status of fixes and enhancements.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above. However all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in 1 above.
