Job Description
What Youll Do
Working in a fast-paced environment our Multi Skilled Operatives are responsible for operating a reach FLT replenishing empty picking locations putting away of incoming customer stock pallet relocation picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.
As a business we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. For this role our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis.
Week 1 - 4 Days 07:00am to 19:00pm.
Week 2 - 4 Nights 19:00pm to 07:00am
The role offers a competitive salary of 29173 with overtime opportunities available. Our overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
A valid Reach FLT licence or proof of previous experience is needed to be considered. Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail who want to build a career in logistics. Our roles are based in a busy distribution centre so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
