Job Description
Estamos em busca de um(a) estagirio(a) para atuar na rea de Recursos Humanos com foco em administrao de benefcios e gesto de frias. Essa posio oferece uma excelente oportunidade de aprendizado prtico em uma rea estratgica com contato direto com processos internos sistemas corporativos e atendimento aos colaboradores.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoiar na administrao dos benefcios corporativos (vale-refeio vale-transporte assistncia mdica assistncia odontolgica);
- Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento de frias dos associados garantindo conformidade com a legislao trabalhista e polticas internas;
- Atualizar planilhas e relatrios de controle da rea;
- Apoiar no atendimento a associados esclarecendo dvidas sobre benefcios e frias;
- Auxiliar na comunicao com fornecedores de benefcios;
- Apoiar em processos de auditoria e compliance relacionados rea;
Qualifications :
Requisitos Necessrios:
- Estar cursando graduao em Administrao Recursos Humanos Psicologia Direito ou reas correlatas (a partir do 3 semestre);
- Conhecimento avanado em Microsoft Office especialmente Excel (tabelas dinmicas frmulas grficos);
- Ingls e espanhol em nvel bsico (leitura e escrita);
- Boa comunicao organizao e ateno a detalhes.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em Power BI para criao de dashboards e relatrios analticos;
- Familiaridade com o sistema Workday ou outros sistemas de gesto de RH.
