Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior to support the UK Medical Devices Team to coordinate & support the process for Technical Documentation Reviews & monitor KPI reports and coordinate resultant actions as needed.
- To manage the processes related to Technical Documentation (TD) reviews
- Assisting with management of complaints
- Enhance customer relationships especially for Key Clients by supporting client calls and attending client meetings as required
- Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has practical experience of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations and has worked to a high level of technical documentation control
You will also have the following:
- Proven experience of working in an office environment
- High level of computer literacy in using MS Office (e.g. Outlook Word Excel Power point Teams) & databases
- Minimum of NVQ 3 in Customer Service and/or Administration
- Experience of producing professional written communications
