Automation Specialist (Funnels) Remote Full-Time
About Monk Media
Monk Media is a leading video marketing agency that helps brands influencers and coaches scale through high-performing content and automation. We ve worked with India s top industry leaders delivering measurable growth and impact.
We re looking for a Funnel Automation Specialist who can set up and optimize automation sequences that drive conversions engagement and sales. If you have a deep understanding of marketing funnels automation tools and audience psychology this role is for you!
What You ll Do:
Design build and optimize automated funnel sequences based on customer behavior.
Set up and manage automation tools like HighLevel Pabbly Salezy Mailchimp and more.
Develop follow-up sequences bulk email campaigns and newsletter automation to nurture leads.
Implement Instagram chatbots and ManyChat automation for engagement and conversions.
Understand customer psychology and craft response flows (e.g. If a user messages X respond with Y .
Integrate and test automation across CRM email marketing and social platforms.
Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and optimize automation for better results.
What We re Looking For:
1 years of experience in automation for funnels lead nurturing and marketing campaigns.
Expertise in marketing funnels audience behavior and conversion optimization.
Strong knowledge of automation platforms (HighLevel Pabbly Salezy etc..
Experience with bulk emails newsletters and follow-up sequences.
Familiarity with chatbots and ManyChat automation for Instagram.
Tech-savvy and problem solver with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work remotely and independently delivering measurable results.
