In this Role
As a Financial and Business Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of a leading gaming franchise by developing and executing pricing strategies across global markets. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze foreign exchange impacts optimize pricing structures and deliver data-driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product in a fun and creative environment while directly influencing revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing matrixes across product lines and platforms (Console Mobile PC).
Analyze foreign exchange rate movements and their impact on global revenue streams.
Implement pricing strategy changes across all platforms and monitor post-sale monetization impacts.
Conduct price test analyses and provide recommendations for strategic pricing adjustments.
Prepare and deliver geographic financial and unit performance reports (monthly and ad hoc).
Audit current pricing structures to identify and recommend improvements for revenue and profitability optimization.
Document and streamline new and existing business processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Support the business operations team with ongoing and ad hoc financial performance reporting.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in business analysis pricing or financial operations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and financial modeling.
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel required; Power BI and SQL are a plus).
Strong analytical skills with a background in pricing strategy and financial reporting.
Familiarity with global financial operations and foreign exchange rate implications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create clear compelling presentations for stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pricing strategy across digital products or gaming platforms.
Proficiency in data visualization and creating impactful charts and summaries.
Demonstrated ability to clearly present financial insights to non-technical audiences.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $45000 - $55000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
