UW Health Kids is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer working at American Family Childrens Hospital in Madison WI. 100% FTE day shift 40 hours per week Monday Friday 8- or 10-hour shifts with rotating evening/weekend call responsibility and 1-hour response time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to:

Qualifications
- Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program Associate Degree in Biological Sciences Radiology Ultrasound or relevant health sciences field Required
- Bachelors Degree in Ultrasound Radiology Biological Sciences or relevant health sciences field Preferred
Work Experience
- Pediatric echocardiography experience Preferred
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing echocardiography testing Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered in Adult Echocardiography (AE) Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
- Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) Preferred
- Fetal Echocardiography (FE) Preferred
