Senior Director Transformation
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Transformation to lead and manage enterprise-wide change initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. This individual will be responsible for identifying transformation opportunities designing and executing change strategies and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable success.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams and projects lead business interactions and assist with transformation proposals within the organization
- Identify transformation opportunities and business needs: maintain and utilize relationships as well as communication of value proposition
- Prepare and / or coordinate complex written presentation materials
- Develop efficiency or process improvement solutions based on understanding strategy operations and management within service lines or functional areas
- Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to a variety of organizational issues.
- Create strategies and blueprints to improve operations and refine processes
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Evaluate and suggest improvements in business processes and systems / applications.
- Responsible for maintaining effective communication within the team and coordination with other departments.
- Drive special projects as needed through direction of leadership.
- Develop presentation quality deliverables to leadership
- Lead coach and develop managers senior analysts and analysts providing day-to-day leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in strategic transformation change management or business consulting with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management and change frameworks (e.g. Agile Lean Kotter Prosci).
- Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision making.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis including ability draw conclusions / glean insights / tell a story through data.
- Experience working for a global organization.
- Ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication influence and stakeholder management skills.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $195500.00 - $230000.00
