Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to maintain clean safe and welcoming environments for our clients. If you take pride in your work enjoy being part of a team and want to grow your skills wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust clean and disinfect horizontal and vertical surfaces in restrooms offices break rooms and kitchenettes
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap
- Sweep mop vacuum and scrub floors
- Operate cleaning equipment such as walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers backpack vacuums and upright vacuums
- Empty trash and recycling and properly dispose of waste
- Provide excellent service and respond to customer needs as required
What Were Looking For:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Team player who can also work independently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond for customers
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to problem-solve and use good common sense
Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk stand bend climb kneel push pull lift (up to 50 lbs.) and perform repetitive movements as part of daily cleaning tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma desired
- Valid Drivers License (preferred for mobile assignments)
Travel:
Some positions may require traveling to multiple sites during a shift. Paid travel time and gas/vehicle per diems are available based on travel requirements.
