Job Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator supports Guidons impact by supporting the sales cycle developing compelling marketing content and managing pursuit strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. This role ensures quality and consistency across Guidons marketing materials maintains and leverages Unanet CRM data and utilizes platforms like MailChimp SproutSocial and Wordpress to support campaigns and communications. The Marketing Coordinator also helps plan events supports interviews and presentations and contributes to the firms visibility through conferences analytics and special projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related field from accredited institution
3-7 years of industry marketing experience preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience preparing responses to detailed RFPs/RFQs and high-quality marketing materials
Pursuing APMP Foundation or Pursuit-Related Credential

Responsibilities:
  • General marketing skills to support the team as needed (MailChimp Canva SproutSocial Wordpress Unanet CRM etc.)
  • Interface with senior leadership as the Marketing Lead to write requests for proposals requests for qualifications and marketing responses
  • Driven to support the sales pipeline of the firm with RFQ/P responses
  • Support the qualifications and proposal response quality review process
  • Create marketing materials/content to support the sales cycle:
    • Projects
    • Resumes
    • Content Development
    • Supportive graphics
  • Help plan and coordinate in-house events
  • Support and attend marketing events and conferences/trade shows
  • Contribute and develop data within a CRM system.
  • Remain current with new products and tools that will assist in better meeting our company needs
  • Lead and support interview presentations and accompanying marketing materials
  • Develop and present marketing campaign strategy/results
  • Can present web analytics in response to marketing campaigns (familiarity with GA4 desired)
  • Undertake special projects such as award submissions interview support and additional administrative duties as assigned
