Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account Executive (AE)

Were seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account Executive (AE) to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales team. This key role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales excels at managing the entire sales cycle and is passionate about building strong value-driven client relationships.

Youll collaborate with enterprise teams and leadership to generate qualified leads manage deals from initial contact to close and directly contribute to our companys growth. The ideal candidate ensuring proximity to key markets and ease of travel to trade shows client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Drive outbound prospecting via calls emails and AI-supported tools to identify and engage high-potential clients.

  • Research and understand prospect business models goals and challenges to qualify leads effectively.

  • Manage and update lead pipelines in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and timely activity tracking.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on client needs pain points and business objectives.

  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that align with each clients unique requirements.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals while fostering long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with enterprise operations and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Share market insights and client feedback with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and sales strategies.

  • Actively participate in sales planning and team alignment meetings.

Trade Show & Client Engagement

  • Represent the company at trade shows conferences and in-person client meetings across North America.

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to build brand visibility and unlock new opportunities.

  • Organize client engagements and follow-ups for maximum impact and ROI.

Sales Tools & Technology

  • Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g. GPT) for competitive research personalized outreach and proposal creation.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) using automation to drive efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with the latest sales enablement tools and techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 35 years of B2B sales experience ideally in both SDR and AE roles.

  • Proven success in consultative solution-oriented selling.

  • Strong communication relationship-building and listening skills.

  • Comfortable with domestic travel for client engagements and events.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organization.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation platforms.

  • Driven by both client success and performance targets.
