Hiring for a Field Supervisor in the Commercial Masonry Division with 5-10 years of overall experience in Commercial and Residential masonry. Someone that can facilitate commitment and productivity remove obstacles while motivating team members!

Requirements:
- 3 years of Supervisory experience as a Field Supervisor or Superintendent or Foreman or Project Manager preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the masonry/brick/block industry.
- High School diploma and/or a combination of education experience and training. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
- OSHA 10 hour certification preferred.
- Previous management and/or direct field experience required.
- Computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read blueprints highly preferred.
