As an Logistics team leader in Grundfos you will be responsible for the performance of a Logistics team through task guidance direction setting and motivation of the workforce
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Logistics & Warehouse management
- Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members
- Providing distribution deliveries to customers in the specified region
- Ensuring that the business outcomes are achieved. Stay trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos customers.
- Keeping day to day contact with 3PLs and forwarders
- Solving daily escalations escalate if needed and initiate improvements for structural mitigation.
- Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members
- Tracking coordinating managing inbound shipments
- Managing daily stock report
- Identifying opportunities and functional process improvements in the current order execution supply chain processes
Your Background:
- Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with experience in logistics / supply chain in a large MNC
- Most likely to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in any manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
- English & Hindi Read/Speak - Mandatory
- SAP knowledge is mandatory WM & MM level
- Should be strong in system (MS-office Excel (Pivot & formulas) PPT with presentation skill
