The Service & Team:

Our vision is for a Cornwall where inequalities are no longer a barrier to an active life. In partnership we champion the benefits of physical activity prioritising support to those needing the most help to move more and live well for longer in places experiencing the greatest inequalities.

The Role:

If you believe in the power of physical activity and movement to change lives and have a passion for tackling inequalities so theyre no longer a barrier to an active life then this exciting opportunity could be for you.

You will contribute to our Children and Young People portfolio by planning delivering and co-ordinating the Bikeability Programme aligning it to wider Active Travel interventions. Taking a lead role in managing multiple relationships and working as part of the Active Cornwall team.

This is a public/customer-facing role where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.

This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
