Introduction
Le/la responsable des services gnraux assure la scurit du personnel sur site en garantissant la maintenance et lentretien des infrastructures du site. Il/elle assure galement des missions vnementielles et dassistanat pour lquipe de Direction en France et certains directeurs europens.
Missions:
- Gestion des services gnraux de lentreprise
- tre linterlocuteur privilgi sur tout ce qui concerne le bon fonctionnement du site
- Suivi du plan de maintenance du site organisation et suivi des travaux entretiens et amnagements rguliers du site
- Elaboration et mise en uvre de la politique scurit du site et des personnes : gestion des incidents suivi des registres organisation et suivi des formations scurit obligatoires
- Management de la personne laccueil
- Pilotage de la relation avec les prestataires de services
- Suivi des achats et contrats lis aux services gnraux : appels doffres ngociation des contrats commandes suivi des stocks suivi des fournisseurs
- Gestion du parc automobile
- Ngociation des contrats flotte
- Suivi et assistance auprs des conducteurs
- Gestion du contrat dassurance
- Missions RH lies lhygine la sant et la scurit
- Participation la mise jour du DUERP et du PAPRIPACT
- Support la prparation des runions CSSCT
- Achat et commande de matriel prconis par la mdecine du travail
- Missions RH lies lintgration des nouveaux entrants : accueil remise de matriel prsentation des locaux et de la socit
- Missions dassistanat de directeurs EMEA (Dir Financier EMEA ; Dir CPG EMEA ; Dir RH EMEA) : gestion de lagenda gestion des dplacements rservation de salles de runion
- Organisation logistique des dplacements de lquipe de Direction France (rservation des billets de transport et des htels)
- Coordination de lorganisation des vnements dentreprise internes et externes pour des vnements France ou Internationaux
Comptences requises:
- Premire exprience similaire de 3 ans minimum
- Sens du service capacit dadaptation esprit pratique et ractivit
- Aptitude coordonner des ressources et activits avec multiples parties prenantes
- Vous avez un anglais courant lcrit et loral
- BAC3/5 en gestion ou administration des entreprises

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is XXX to XXX.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive/commissions/equity pay.
