Post-sales position in which predominant job responsibilities occur after the sale of the companys product to the client. Technical responsibilities include problem identification system architecture definition hardware/software specification and/or design implementation testing and client training. Provides technical expertise during the installation implementation and maintenance of company products. Involved in customer installation requirements and supporting customer projects. Ensures that clients needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification. Manage NetApp systems to provide optimal performance and availability. Engage with NetApp sales staff to provide feedback on customer environment and opportunities to address requirements with NetApp solutions. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization (i.e. billable hours) and customer satisfaction. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 147900 - 220000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package.
