Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Digital Delivery Coordinator to oversee our intake and request management processes across a multidisciplinary digital team. This role is critical in ensuring that operational tasks and projects are properly scoped assigned tracked and reported on. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and marketing workflows and be comfortable working across functions and organizations to drive collaboration in support of delivering customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the business segments digital operations intake process ensuring requests are properly categorized prioritized and routed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope timelines and ownership for operational and project-based work.
Maintain accurate project metadata including due dates task assignments and status updates.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational effectiveness team capacity and project throughput.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Train and support team members in best practices and usage of our intake and request management system Adobe Workfront.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and execution teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Coordinate across multiple business units and time zones to support global stakeholders.
Adapt intake and reporting workflows to meet the needs of a large matrixed organization with complex approval structures.
Ensure compliance with governance data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field; PMP Agile or Scrum certifications a plus.
3 years of experience managing work intake or project operations in a digital solutions or digital marketing capacity
Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Smartsheet or similar work management platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization.
Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) agile methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a large enterprise or global organization is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing competing priorities across diverse teams and geographies.
Familiarity with digital and marketing disciplines including Web Content Management Search Engine Marketing User Experience Design Web Analytics a plus.
