Off-site Sales Director

Path Vacations is ready to reimagine our offsite promotions program and were looking for a visionary Event Sales Director to take the reins. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential ideal for someone whos ready to energize our team and turn bold ideas into big results.

Important: This position requires extensive travel (approximately 80% of your work hours) across New England including evenings and weekends.

What Youll Own

  • Team Leadership and Performance
  • Hire coach and lead a team of 8 to 15 promotional staff across the region
  • Build a culture of accountability motivation and success
  • Manage scheduling payroll training and KPIs to drive consistent results
  • Event Strategy and Lead Generation
  • Oversee event operations at concerts festivals sporting events and trade shows
  • Develop and execute high-converting campaigns and interactive promotions
  • Identify new venue opportunities and scale presence across multiple markets
  • Systems Innovation and Growth
  • Redesign our current lead generation system with scalable processes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to expand our partner and venue network
  • Manage event budgets equipment and promotional assets with precision
  • Bring fresh strategic ideas that enhance performance and elevate our brand

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading sales or promotional event teams
  • A track record of driving lead generation and exceeding growth targets
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • High energy and self-motivation with a passion for fast-paced environments
  • Ability to travel throughout New England (company vehicle provided)
