Job Description

If you have a passion for reinventing the shopping experience and you enjoy the thrill of building net new experiences from the ground up this position is for you. Amazon Haul is a shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app that provides customers in the US a place to discover even more affordable fashion home lifestyle electronics and other products with ultra-low prices with everything priced at $20 or less. This exciting discovery-driven CX is dedicated to products at ultra-affordable prices. Launched in November 2024 its still early days in the journey and the perfect time to join the team at the ground level.

In this role youll own the strategy execution and optimization of site merchandising across Haultranslating data into action and ideas into captivating campaigns. Youll be at the forefront of how we connect with customers blending storytelling and insights to boost engagement sales and long-term loyalty.

Were seeking someone who is customer-obsessed highly organized and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Youll collaborate across marketing creative and tech teams to shape the future of discovery on one of the worlds most dynamic retail platforms.

Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes targeting and segmentation planning execution reporting and optimization.
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Own weekly monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives
- Manage and report out on projects status and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
- Aptitude for organization flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
- Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy
- Refined eye for trend

- 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing lifecycle marketing and digital advertising

- Knowledge of HTML XML and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
