JOB TITLE:
Dishwasher - Retail Dining
JOB PURPOSE:
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish room areas of the dining locations in the Union.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep up with dish washing demands at Panda Express and Chick-fil-A
- Maintain health codes and food safety in prep kitchen and dish room.
- Help with orders of cleaning supplies.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in wiping down walls cleaning floors cleaning tables trash changing soda bibs and keeping kitchen equipment clean. General kitchen cleaning.
COMPETENCIES:
- Attention to detail and timeliness.
- Works well with a team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dish washing experience.
- Trainable position.
- The ability to stand for an extended period without accommodations.
- Lifting 25 lbs. or more periodically with or without accommodations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior dish washing experience in an industrial kitchen.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
