Insurance Operations Data Analyst (Graduate Program) (Fixed Term)

We will count on you to:
- Data analysis and visualization
- Participation in improving system processes
- Making improvements to automate the reporting process
- Collaboration with end users and colleagues gathering needs support responding to problems
Skills and competencies required:
- Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner
- Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals
- Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes
- Analytical thinking - ability to systematically break down complex problems assess data recognize relationships and solve problems effectively
What you need to have:
- University degree (BA MA)
- Good command of English
- Familiarity with Excel and VBA
- Can - do attitude
