CNC Grinder (Nights or Weekends)

Location: Near Newbury West Berkshire (15-minute drive / 30 minutes via public transport)

Salary:

• Nights: Up to 52500 (inclusive of 33% uplift)

• Weekends: Up to 47000 (estimated annual equivalent with uplift)

Shifts Available:

• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 19:0007:00

• Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday 06:0018:00

CNC Grinder Duties:

• Operating Studer CNC cylindrical grinders to manufacture tight-tolerance parts

• Interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-spec metal components

• Conducting precise self-inspections using micrometers gauges and verniers

• Collaborating with engineers and machinists to maintain workflow

CNC Grinder Profile:

• 3 years experience operating Studer or similar CNC cylindrical grinding machinery

• Experience working to tight tolerances ideally in motorsport F1 or aerospace

• Skilled in precision inspection and confident reading technical drawings

• Comfortable working independently in a high-spec production environment
