Position Overview
The Embedded Software Delivery Coordinator will oversee the delivery process of
embedded software for The Companys products. This role requires a deep technical
understanding of software delivery with strong coordination and communication skills to ensure the efficient and timely deployment of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Delivery Management: Coordinate the NA SW Deployment steering committee and document the decisions from the meetings. Follow the end-to-end software delivery process from SW release to deployment in production aftermarket and through remote over-the-air programming.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate the value delivered at each release and ensure seamless integration into The Companys products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders including software integration leaders project managers and management to report on progress and address any issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the software delivery process and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Monitor potential risks in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure software deployment remains on track.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in embedded software and a thorough understanding of the software delivery process for automotive or commercial vehicle products.
- Coordination Skills: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage
- multiple priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth software delivery.
- Experience: Prior experience in software delivery coordination preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
