Overview
Opportunity: FlowRider Wave Operator
Create a safe exciting and engaging experience for guests utilizing the FlowRider surf simulator in accordance with established guest service and safety standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate the FlowRider wave attraction with a focus on safety and exceptional guest service.
- Monitor rider activity to ensure safe usage and enforce ride rules and safety protocols consistently.
- Assist guests who may fall or struggle during the ride; respond quickly and safely to ensure their well-being.
- Educate guests on proper riding form safety procedures and FlowRider etiquette.
- Interact positively with guests of all ages including children and parents.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment and ride area to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Support other recreational or aquatic activities as needed.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHMs EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits wear protective equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong physical stamina including the ability to stand for long periods and assist riders physically.
- CPR First Aid and AED certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).

- Schedule varies and may include weekends evenings and holidays.
- Work is performed in a consistently wet humid environment with exposure to water sun wind and pool chemicals.
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting pushing pulling bending twisting and kneeling.
- Fast-paced active environment requiring strong physical coordination and alertness
