Key job responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in developing scalable mission-critical mobile applications while mentoring and guiding team members
Design and implement robust technical architecture that shapes user experience investigating new approaches and prototyping new technology to ensure technical feasibility
Drive innovation and development of key system features working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions against strict timelines
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to transform customer engagement through AI-driven experiences demonstrating strong product ownership and technical excellence
Lead maintenance and scaling of high-volume applications while ensuring exceptional quality standards driving technical decisions that balance innovation with practical implementation in a fast-paced environment


A day in the life
High-level designs cross-team alignment long-term architectural roadmap and technical strategy understanding the business domain and proposing solutions to address customer and business problems helping scope and analyze product requirements mentorship reviewing CRs writing high-quality code to be an example for the team.

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience developing production-quality mobile applications.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
