Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Procurement Analyst to support the Supply Chain Capability and Culture Project Management team in Hazelwood MO or Mesa AZ. The Procurement Analyst will drive and support process improvements and new implementations for the BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) deployment.
Position Responsibilities Mid-Level (3):
Defines designs plans and deploys internal/external projects
Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
Develops documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
Supports the development and implementation of strategies
Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
Develops risk mitigation plan
Position Responsibilities Senior (4):
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
Communicates strategic initiatives projects or procurement activities
Leads cross-functional process management activities
Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
5 years of experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations
5 years of experience supporting customers across multiple program functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher preferred
Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

Senior (4): $93500 - $115500
