Now Hiring: General X-Ray Technologist Ambulatory Surgery (Day Shift)
Location: Rochester NY Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC)
Start Date: 07/07/2025 End Date: 10/04/2025
Schedule: MondayFriday 8-hour shifts (No weekends!)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay:$2500.00 (weekly gross)

Responsibilities:
- Verify patient identity and review physician orders
- Operate x-ray equipment to capture images of bones tissues and organs
- Clearly explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
- Safely position patients including those with limited mobility
- Maintain safety protocols and minimize radiation exposure
- Observe and respond to patient needs across all age groups
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Use electronic systems for patient verification and proper exam tracking
- Ensure image accuracy and PACS submission
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT Certification required
- NYS License (or eligible prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of X-ray Tech experience
- Experience with C-arm/O-arm within past 8 months
- BLS Certification
- Comfortable working in OR settings and performing portable imaging
- Physically able to lift/move patients and stand for long periods
- Strong communication compassion and teamwork skills
