As an Assistant Sales Manager youll work alongside the Sales Manager to drive business performance support the team and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the property sales journey.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Support the Sales Manager in driving performance and hitting targets
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal completions
- Deliver exceptional service to buyers and vendors alike
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and company standards

- Strong leadership qualities and team support experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Confident in conducting valuations and winning instructions
- Target-driven with great time management

- Full UK driving licence preferred
