We are seeking anApplication Support Agent Juniorto join our team in Brussels.
Description of tasks:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools.
- Follow-up of incidents related to information systems.
- Follow-up of user requests.
- Analyse report and follow-up of bugs.
- Writing user documentation for Information Systems.
- Contribute to current knowledge creation and maintenance.
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience in end user assistance and support of information systems.
- Good general IT skills.
- Knowledge of wiki collaborative sites ticketing tools.
- Excellent communication / writing skills.
- Quick self-starting capability.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
- Ability to understand speak and write French and English.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method.
- Ability to work in an international / multi-cultural environment on a large project.
- As the applications managed and maintained in DIGIT.A.1 contain personal and confidential data a high degree of discretion and integrity is required from all our staff members.
Other requirements:
- EU Citizenship.
- Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
