KONE is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for elevators and escalatorsin KONE Morocco based in Maraketch. Our team is composed of maintenance professionals who provide on-site customer service to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment. We are now looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers.
In this role you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes peoples lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to customers and the people using the equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular proactive and precise on-site communication.
- Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the customers the contact person and end-users on site.
- Manage the site environment during service operations.
- Identification of site risks and timely communication of any such occurrences.
- Identifying unplanned service repairs based on the equipment needs contacting the on-site contact person getting his approval if not covered by the contract and performing them.
- Management of PAR stock levels (shelving inventory stock transfer) and timely issuance of replenishment orders.
- Submit timesheets based on the execution.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator-escalator industry is a must.
- Experience in KONE and non-KONE equipment skills is desirable.
- Vocational Certificate/Diploma candidate from the Mechanical and Electrical stream or equivalent.
- Good communication skills with basic IT skills.
- Please indicate your current location in Morocco.

Notre quipe est compose de professionnels de la maintenance qui assurent un service client sur site afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement et la scurit de nos quipements. Nous recherchons actuellement un Technicien de Maintenance orient service pour fournir un service professionnel de maintenance dascenseurs et descaliers mcaniques nos clients.
Dans ce rle vous serez au cur de KONE un hros du quotidien qui facilite la vie des gens.
Vous contribuerez assurer un service de qualit amliorer la scurit et la performance des quipements ainsi qu promouvoir une communication rgulire et proactive sur site avec les clients et les utilisateurs.
Responsabilits:
- Assurer la satisfaction client grce un service de qualit et une communication sur site rgulire proactive et prcise.
- Assurer un retour dinformation prcis et en temps rel sur les travaux effectus.
- Maintenir dexcellentes relations avec les clients les interlocuteurs sur site et les utilisateurs finaux.
- Grer lenvironnement du site pendant les oprations de maintenance.
- Identifier les risques sur site et communiquer rapidement toute situation risque.
- Identifier les rparations non planifies en fonction des besoins de lquipement contacter linterlocuteur sur site obtenir son approbation si non couvertes par le contrat et les effectuer.
- Grer les niveaux de stock PAR (tagres inventaire transferts de stock) et mettre les commandes de rapprovisionnement en temps voulu.
- Soumettre les feuilles de temps en fonction des interventions ralises.
Comptences & Exprience:
- Minimum 3 ans dexprience dans le secteur des ascenseurs et escaliers mcaniques indispensable.
- Comptences sur quipements KONE et non-KONE souhaites.
- Diplme ou certificat professionnel dans les domaines mcanique ou lectrique ou quivalent.
- Bonnes comptences en communication et comptences informatiques de base.
- Veuillez indiquer votre lieu de rsidence actuel au Maroc.
