Job Description
Recording of PM Check sheet.
Job planning and job allocation.
Daily Condition monitoring of equipments.
Execution of Modification as per requirement of Production/maintenance.
Ensure usage of PPE
Interact with purchase department on available vendors.
Review the technical specifications.
Discuss with vendors and verify the required specifications.
Monitoring manpower productivity on day to day basis.
Ensure that 8 dimensions of WCM Excellence Model are implemented and followed on the shop floor.
Implement the guidelines and clauses of Quality & Environment Management System as per plan.
Data Updating in IMS system
Data Updating in IMS system
Follow all safety norms
