Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker Children With Disability
Location: Dudley (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 33.30 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a social worker to join Dudleys Children With Disability (CWD) team.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will contribute to delivering an effective childrens social care service as part of a social work team aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will manage a caseload based on experience and case complexity applying specialist knowledge to conduct needs assessments care planning and child protection investigations. You will carry out high-quality child-centred assessments using community-focused and multi-agency interventions. Your work will ensure children are adequately protected in line with Dudley Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) guidelines departmental policies and relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
