We are currently looking to fill the position of Housing and Residence Representative to join our Housing and Conference Services team.

Job Information and Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Director Housing & Conference Services the Housing and Residence Representative will:
- Function as the initial point of contact for all clients of the Department of Housing &
- Conference Services and provides extensive administrative support for the department.
- Process applications for all forms of residence accommodation for all terms and provides customer service to clients in person and via telephone and e-mail.
- Ensure the proper receipt and processing of all deposits and payments and approved refunds of the same.
- Prepare payroll for student employees and manages the departmental petty cash and purchasing cards.
- Receives and inputs all non-academic internal room bookings.

Experience and Education Requirements
- To be the successful Housing and Residence Life Representative you will have:
- High School completion plus a one-year Community College business course.
- Minimum one-year related experience.
- PA high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access) Microsoft Forms Microsoft Outlook and database management.
- Extensive experience with StarRez including the StarRez Portal X and StarRez Web.
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and excellence with typing data entry and mail merge.
- Experience handling cash and balancing.
- Experience with rental agreements and/or leases.
- Experience working with students and/or in a post-secondary educational environment.
- Experience working with and appreciation for diverse populations.
- Experience with Internet native Banner (INB) a definite asset.
- Website maintenance experience an asset.
