As Team Manager of our Broker Credit Assessment Team youll be the driving force behind a high-performing group of Credit Assessors leading with purpose and passion. In this pivotal role youll ignite a culture of unmatched performance customer obsession and bold decision-making. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering lightning-fast accurate and responsible credit outcomesempowering customers to achieve their financial goals while safeguarding the integrity of the bank.

- Inspire and empower a high-performing team of Credit Assessors to not just meetbut exceedKPIs for quality productivity and turnaround time
